Posiblemente tenemos la cabeza llena de lugares comunes (\u201cEstimado cliente\u201d) y nos aburre. Incluso, pedimos al Chat GPT que nos d\u00e9 una mano, pero algo se lee raro en lo que nos propone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 ser\u00e1? Tal vez a esos textos les falte humanidad. Por eso, para que tus lectores se sientan identificados y se animen a conocer (y a comprar tu producto o servicio), aprende a humanizar tus textos comerciales. Piensa en los e-mails, posts en redes sociales, el Newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En UXcribe te compartimos estos tres consejos (hay m\u00e1s, pero v\u00e1monos de a poco)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Escribe como si hablaras&#8230; como persona (y no como robot)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A esto lo llamamos \u201ctono conversacional\u201d, que no es otra cosa que escribir como si estuvieras hablando con tu seguidor o cliente, no con un grupo de desconocidos. Conseguirlo requiere que uses un lenguaje claro, directo y natural, evitando palabras complicadas, frases largas y t\u00e9rminos t\u00e9cnicos. Bueno, salvo que lo que est\u00e9s vendiendo es tan espec\u00edfico y ya sabes que tu cliente entender\u00e1 de punta a cabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar preguntas, exclamaciones y emoticones para darle m\u00e1s vida y expresividad a tu texto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo, en vez de escribir: <em>Este e-learning le dar\u00e1 la oportunidad de conocer la teor\u00eda y las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en contabilidad para que la gesti\u00f3n mejore.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podr\u00edas escribir: <em>\u00bfTe gustar\u00eda aprender la teor\u00eda y las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de contabilidad para gestionar mejor tu negocio? \u00a1Este e-learning te ayudar\u00e1!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Cuenta una historia, no una lista de caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos gustan las historias. Las que nos cuentan amigos, las que vemos en nuestro streaming favorito, un libro y todo lo que tenga emoci\u00f3n. Por eso, cuenta una historia (le llaman Storytelling a esta t\u00e9cnica) para conectar con las emociones, los deseos y los problemas de tu cliente. \u00bfC\u00f3mo hacerlo? Usa ejemplos, testimonios, casos de \u00e9xito o an\u00e9cdotas que muestren los beneficios de lo que ofreces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y si crees que est\u00e1 dentro del perfil de tu producto o servicio usa el humor, y tal vez la iron\u00eda. Con esto se puede dar valor y diferenciarte de la competencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Dir\u00edgete a tu lector de forma personal, no a un mont\u00f3n de gente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usa la segunda persona del singular o del plural seg\u00fan sea el caso, para crear una sensaci\u00f3n de cercan\u00eda y complicidad. Con este fin, usa el nombre del lector (el Newsletter) y refi\u00e9rete a un t\u00fa y a un ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ah, y cuando hables desde tu emprendimiento o empresa, habla desde <strong>un nosotros<\/strong>. Siempre tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s valor el trabajo colectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo, en vez de escribir: <em>Los participantes de este taller aprender\u00e1n a mejorar sus habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n y liderazgo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podr\u00edas escribir: <em>En este taller, t\u00fa y yo vamos a aprender a mejorar nuestras habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n y liderazgo<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hay poco tiempo para escribir un texto vendedor y atractivo.
